Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 14 days of payment, provided that work has not yet commenced (i.e., no assessment or implementation work has begun). In this case, a full refund will be issued for the amount paid, whether that was a full payment or a 50% deposit.

Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once work has begun, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.

For orders placed with a 50% deposit: if you cancel after work has started but before delivery, any refund will be calculated against the deposit amount based on the proportion of work completed. You will not be liable for the remaining 50% if cancellation occurs before delivery.

Inability to Perform Services

If I am unable to perform the Services due to reasons within my control, I will offer a full refund of all amounts paid or reschedule at no additional cost.
