Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We regularly build software that integrates with existing databases, REST and third-party APIs, and legacy systems. We assess your current setup up front and design an integration approach that fits it.
How do you ensure the software is secure?
Security is built in from the start: secure coding practices, input validation, encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, and sensible access controls to protect your data and users.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Every engagement includes 30 days of bug fixes after delivery. Beyond that, we offer ongoing support and maintenance on a package or per-project basis: monitoring, updates, and feature enhancements.
Will we own the code you write?
Yes. On final payment you own all the custom code and intellectual property we create for you, delivered with full source and documentation.
What happens if we need changes after launch?
We are here for the long term. Whether it is a bug fix, a new feature, or an optimisation, we can keep working with you through a support package or on a project basis.

Is there any commitment when I request a quote?

How are payments handled once I accept?
Once you approve the quote, we send a secure invoice. Payment terms, including any milestone or deposit options, are agreed in writing before work starts.
